Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to . Cancellations made before April 8, 2019, will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after April 8, 2019, will not be refunded. Phone cancellations are not accepted
Substitutions are permitted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) for TMA consideration to email@example.com. Phone substitutions are not accepted. Please note that substitutions made after April 8, may not be reflected on the registration list. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and the substitution notice must contain accurate contact information for the new registrant; otherwise, TMA cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list. Substitute registrants with different membership status and/or registration category will be invoiced the difference in registration fees.
Recommended attire for the entire conference is business casual.
If you have a promotion code, it must be presented when registering and prior to the listed expiration date. Refunds will not be given for promotion codes received after registration is submitted.
